Who we are

Comments

When you’re on the internet, there’s a whole bunch of stuff going on in your browser, tracking you, placing cookies, or maybe not if you’re on VPN.

We can’t speak to all of that.  We’re not doing that, and we won’t ever do it because we’re not interested in doing stuff like that.  We don’t ask for your information, we don’t have any “contact forms” and if you want to get ahold of me, you can do it on the social media platforms I link to. It’s your privacy.  That’s our policy.

Cookies

All websites run with some manner of cookies. Even if it is just to create the session that you’re in. We use WordPress as our website, and there’s some cookie stuff going on there with your session. We don’t have any involvement with any of that, and we don’t use any cookies to find out anything about you. Honestly, we don’t care. This is not one of those websites trying to make money off of traffic or harvesting data.

We don’t allow anyone else to “login” to this site so there’s no data collection or cookie sessions there.

Forms

I do have one email form – not accessible to the public – that is used by agents to gather data collected by permission from folks setting an appointment. This data is transmitted via email to an appointment setter. All information given is given voluntarily. None of the information entered into the form and transmitted via email is saved on this website. This website operates under an SSL certificate for secure form functionality and transmission. This form is protected by password and accessible to authorized personnel only.

No one may submit content or images or any other electronic file format to this website.

Embedded content from other websites

There is none.

But if there was, we would still ask you to respect the rights of those owners and understand that we are not engaged in any outside organizational information sharing. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. This is probably why they aren’t on our site.

Who we share your data with

No one. Unless compelled to by law enforcement entities through the courts. Fortunately, we don’t retain any data.

How long we retain your data

Whatever log or traffic identity data that is being stored on servers or by companies that track such things is outside of our control and they should be consulted for times of data storage. We don’t retain your data.

There is no registration or membership maintenance onsite.

What rights you have over your data

In our opinion you have absolute rights over your data. We don’t have any of your data, so that’s kind of an easy one.

Where we send your data

No where. Unless it’s evil Data, in which case, Data jail.
